The Hotel Group can provide low cost monthly rental on your incoming lines and services, whether you’re using ISDN2, ISDN30, Analogue or SIP Services – we’ll look to beat your existing costs. In addition to your lines, we can offer additional services such as DDI’s (direct dial inwards), calling line identity presentation, identity restriction, and more.
We also offer 4 levels of service maintenance with clearly defined service levels from as little as £4.00 per month. With our level 4 service maintenance, you can expect a 6 hour fix, round the clock, 365 days a year.

In addition to your lines, The Hotel Group can offer low pence per minute rates and bundles to suit both you and your guests, on local, national, mobile and international calls. Line Maintenance Levels
Fault clear by end of next working day +1, Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays and Bank Holidays, or the day of appointment where later. Example: Fault reported at any time between 00:01 – 23:59:59 on Tuesday would have a commitment time of 23:59:59 on Thursday.
Fault clear by end of next working day, Monday to Saturday, excluding Public Holidays and Bank Holidays or the day of appointment where later. Example: Fault reported at any time between 00:01 – 23:59:59 on Tuesday would have a commitment time of 23:59:59 on Wednesday.
Fault reported by 12:59, cleared by 23:59:59 same day or the day of the appointment where later.
Example: Reported after 13:00, cleared 12:59:59 next day (Monday – Sunday including Public and Bank Holidays)
6 Hour Fix, round the clock, 365 days a year.
